While not related to her, Justice Jellyfish is Gynette's honorary aunt since she's the sidekick to her uncle, the Municipal Enforcer [link] . Even though she's an electrically-charged jellyfish, J.J. can completely control her tendrils to avoid stinging or shocking someone when she touches them, hence the massage here.
