Madame Cueball has quickly become one of my new favorite characters. Here's a quick rundown of her beginning as the bald headed superheroine we all love.
As mentioned in #189, the Polluting Punk Posse is the dangerous gang of the Lake Erie Litterbug. They are a vicious gang of delinquent teens who love to litter and cause havoc. Operating out of a garbage dump, they follow the Litterbug's every order with fanaticism. They are sort of a cross between the Foot Clan and the sort of people who would fight Captain Planet.
